Delivery & Terms

Delivery

Our standard term is DDP (Incoterms 2020): we pay import duty, clear customs as importer of record and deliver to your warehouse anywhere in the EU. Delivery terms are flexible and can be accommodated to the client; other Incoterms, delivery points and schedules are agreed in the quotation.

Currency and units

Prices in EUR per kg or per pack, according to the unit on each line. Dates: per 500 g pack.

VAT

Import VAT is excluded from all prices.

Validity

Prices, stock and delivery dates are reconfirmed before an order is accepted. Each quotation states its validity period.

Loads and consolidation

From one pallet, lines mixed. Full loads and consolidated shipments are arranged by quantity, route and compatible temperature.

Temperature

Frozen goods travel under a frozen supply chain. Transport temperatures follow the supplier specification and are confirmed before loading.

Payment

Agreed in the quotation and contract: advance payment, letter of credit or documentary collection.

Documents

Certificate of origin, CMR, commercial invoice, and phytosanitary certificate for fresh produce. The document pack is confirmed per shipment.

Quality

Our frozen-fruit producing partner holds FSSC 22000 (v6) and ISO 9001:2015. Certificates, specifications and samples on request.

Tariff changes

Any tariff relief and resulting price adjustment are confirmed only after checking the applicable rules, origin and quota availability.

Flexible terms

Delivery terms are flexible and can be accommodated to each client: the Incoterm, delivery point, order size and delivery schedule are agreed with you in the quotation.

Availability

The range describes what we supply and does not guarantee immediate stock. Season, specification, quantity, packaging and final delivery date are confirmed for each order.
